Vintagetreff 18

Together with the Vintagefrënn Munneref, we are incredibly proud and grateful to be able to tell you about our latest Vintagetreff. On Sunday, 24th June, we welcomed roughly 100 cars, motorbikes, tractors and buses in Mondorf.

We were pleasantly surprised by the many visitors who attended our event on this sunny day. Besides making sure that none of our supporters went home hungry or thirsty, we also offered many other activities and attractions. Some organizations got the chance to present themselves and their products at various stands. But not only the adults were cared for, a jumping castle, face painting, a playground and car races offered a variety of attractions for the children.

Throughout the whole day, all visitors and participants got the chance to partake in our contest to help us find the 3 most awesome machines. Everyone could cast a vote and at the end of the day, the 3 lucky owners received a little reward for their visit. But those weren’t the only winners of the day. We too took the liberty of choosing 3 people who had taken the effort to cast their votes, as well as 2 machines of our own liking. The Vintagefrënn as well, chose their favorite car, motorbike and tractor, so that 3 more people got to leave with a trophy.

In the name of the Vintagefrënn from Mondorf and Wonschstär we would like to extend a big thank you to all our participants, visitors and especially our many volunteers, as well as the Amicale Elleng and all our sponsors. Without your help we could never have organized such a wonderful event and offered the public such a great day in such a lovely environment.

Additionally, we at the Fondatioun, would like to especially thank the Vintagefrënn vun Munneref for launching this event and organizing it in its entirety with such joy and enthusiasm. We’re not revealing too much when we are telling you that such a success has us reserving a place in our agendas for more Vintage meets in the coming years, and we would of course be happy to welcome you then in Mondorf again.
